Weâre Anna and Constanze â co-founders of Gather, somatic guides, teachers, mother of twins (Anna), and women who built lives that looked full on the outside but felt like we were holding everything together with a thread.
We were in the media. In the spotlight modeling (Constanze) On stage with global names. Leading wellness spaces. Showing up as âthe strong one,â âthe capable one,â âthe grounded one.â But inside, we were exhausted, anxious, and quietly unraveling.

We were snapping at our partners, spacing out in meetings, skipping meals, and struggling to sleep through the night. We were doing everything for everyone â except ourselves.
And the most heartbreaking part? We were missing the very moments we said we were doing it all for â with our families, our kids, our creativity, and our peace.

And thatâs when everything shifted. Not through a mindset trick. But by coming home to the body. Learning to breathe again. To feel safe. To soften and still stay powerful.
